As part of the changes, the company has developed their dual core server offerings, now providing two new Core2Duo configurations as well as two new Athlon X2 products. They have also released four new dual-processor dual-core power servers which utilize the latest dual core AMD Opteron technology as well as the latest quad core XEON hardware.

July 9, 2007 -- ManageMyBox.com (http://www.managemybox.com), the managed dedicated server division of ManageMyServices Group (http://www.managemyservices.com) has recently completed an overhaul in its operations and service procedures resulting in significant improvements in its service to customers.
Nick Laws, Manager of ManageMyBox states "Over the past three months we have completed a full audit on our customer-facing operations as well as listening to customer feedback in order to find out what customers want to see done better as well as where and why problems are occurring in our systems".
From this audit comes a number of improvements in the day-to-day operations of ManageMyBox including a new billing system & procedures, new ordering and product management capabilities, improved management services including a working server monitoring system, a new domains management system and finally the hiring of many new staff members to support the company's rapidly growing customer base.
Nick is extremely pleased with what has been achieved over the past month, explaining "These service improvements, brought about simply by listening to our loyal customer base, have resulted in us gaining significant advantages over our competitors. For example, improving the monitoring services included with every managed dedicated server has resulted in us knowing immediately when a server goes down and being able to have a datacenter technician dispatched to investigate and fix the server within ten minutes, not many dedicated server suppliers have been able to achieve this. Our improvements in product management and ordering have resulted in ordering being extremely quick and simple for the user and us being able to carry out upgrades to existing servers within minutes of the customers order."
