We are extremely proud of our unique Customer Control Center, it was created fully in-house and provides a portal to managing everything related to a customers account with us. Have a look at the numerous features available below!

Customer Control Center Overview
|
|
- User Accounts - Create multiple users on your Control Account and
assign permissions on a privilege-based system so that private information
is protected but for example users could submit support issues in relation
to one of your packages while you are unavailable. This is especially useful
when you have multiple staff in a business who need to help manage your
account and packages. Login history is available so you know who accessed
your account when and what actions were carried out.
- Account Overview - View and update any personal information we
hold in your file to ensure it is up to date and we can contact you if there
is a problem with one of your packages. You can also see past e-mails sent
to your account as well as any newsletters we have sent out.
- Promotions - Access promotions only available to our current
customers and easily sign-up for them.
- Perform Common Management Tasks - We have lots of tools available
such as Whois, Domain lookup and Network Testing Facilities for you to
analyse our network and your domain information.
- News and Security Alerts - When there is relevant news that we
think customers should know or there are security alerts that could
potentially affect your account with us they will be posted on the main page
of the Control Center for easy viewing.

Support Functions Available

- Knowledge Base - View our very own in-house knowledge base which
is steadily growing as we add new articles to it. If a question comes up
frequently we will be sure to add it here so it is a great resource before
submitting a support issue.
- Open Support Issue - Open a support issue with your department of
choice, prioritise it accordingly and provide all details on a problem you
are having and it will be looked at and resolved by our team as quickly as
possible.
- Manage Support Issue - Add replies and communicate with staff in
order to solve your problem or query quickly and easily.
- View Past and Present Support Issues - See all support issues you
have opened under your account and look at resolutions to previous problems.
This is also an extremely good way of tracking what was done on your package
when.
- Relevant Support Links - We provide you with useful
resource links in order to resolve the problem before you even need to
request support. These include help links, forums and control panel
knowledge base links.
- Schedule Live Chat - If you wish to talk to one of our
departments on a live chat system for example MSN, ICQ, AIM, IRC we can
accommodate this and provide a form to schedule one with a manager. You will
also be able to see logs of any talks which have taken place through this
interface.

Billing Management Overview
|
|
- Package Listing - See all your packages and view a summary of
when they are billed, when they were last billed and what amounts they are
being billed at. You are also able to see when they were activated.
- View Past Payments - Any payments you have made to us through our
payment processors are listed for you viewing and confirmation. You can see
the dates they were made, the amounts and the type of payment.
- View Credits - Any refunds or account credits are listed under
each package so you can see what credits you have been given as well as when
and how they were given.
- Change Package Billing Information - You are able to view and
change package billing details for any package under your account. This also
means you can change PayPal e-mail address and have separate account and
billing details if someone else is actually paying for the package.

Dedicated Server Management Functions Available
|

- Re-Send Welcome E-Mails - Re-send welcome information to an
e-mail address of your choice so that in the case you lose the original
e-mail, you can send yourself a new one at any time you may need it.
- View Server Monitoring Information - Add Services to monitor,
view current service status, change where monitoring alerts are sent, all
these options can be done in the monitoring management section.
- View Management Information - View staff work logs for your
particular server, schedule a software update and change how management is
handled on your server. You can tell us not to touch your server, update or
request or update automatically as required.
- Reboot Requests and Outage Alerts - If your server is down you
can immediately escalate your issue using our reboot or outage forms. These
go direct to the datacenter and are handled by a technician immediately so
your server can be brought back up in the quickest possible time.
- IP Address Management - Request Additional IP Addresses (while
also justifying them) and also view existing IP addresses allocated to your
server. You are also provided with a form in order to submit justification
for current IP addresses to let us evaluate your account quickly and easily
when assigning you additional IP Addresses.
- Reverse DNS Management - You can add reverse pointer (PTR)
records for any IP Address assigned to your server quickly and easily and
have them take effect almost immediately.
- Bandwidth Monitoring - See up-to-the-minute server bandwidth
usage information and calculate totals for the current month, see your
monthly average and therefore work out whether any overage fees will be due
for the current month. Can also see how much bandwidth is allocated to your
server.
- Open Server Issue - Open a support issue directly associated with
your particular server so the server details can be accessed by staff
straight away and a solution found to your problem in the quickest possible
time.
- Request Server Restore - Authorize a restore of your server back
to how it was provisioned to you. This goes direct to our datacenter to have
it completed straight away. Will also open a Customer service issue for the
billing of the restore.
- Hardware Information - See the servers current hardware
configuration and any upgrades which have been added to it. Can also see how
much the server is costing each month and various other pieces of billing
information relating to server.

Hosting Management Functions Available

information and its specifications. You will be able to see how much space
and bandwidth is allocated to it as well as any other features available to

- Change Primary Hosted Domain - Provides a form to update the
primary domain on your account, will update both the actually account data
as well as the information in the Control Center.
- Reset Hosting Password - If you reset your hosting account
password and then lost it. This form will open an issue with our hosting
support to have it quickly reset for you.
- Control Panel Help - Provides links on how to make best use out
of your DirectAdmin control panel and complete any administration tasks that
you need to.
